Why not all whites? It's all blacks, isn't it? All jews, all gays, all trans, right? Why aren't whites unified? All Dems, too, right? All lazy, all America haters, all pedos, all baby eaters, all evil. But not whites. The good ones are Republicans. All Republicans. Except Rinos. It makes it so much easier to universalize without having to think, without any nuance, without needing to reason to consider. Why do you think not all whites are consumed by fear and hate? Why do some care about having a wide and embracing view of humanity and society? Why are they different? Do you really hate so many of your own? They think they are better for embracing empathy and compassion and living that in their actions and their lives. Is this what makes them different from you?

Nepotism is the ultimate #DEI Hire: no selection for competence or knowledge or skill sets there.
Capable workers are, by definition, NOT DEI Hires. They are doing the job.
Retreating from DEI is mere cowardness.

There is concern today about TikTok being owned by an entity that is not friendly to American interests. Taking action on TikTok alone is a Band-Aid against a fragmentation grenade. The problem is far bigger and requires a far more comprehensive approach.
TikTok Privacy and National Security Is Chinese ownership of TikTok a security issue for Americans? Yes! But what about other corporations? Other countries? What about Multi-National Corporations? Many corporations are larger and more powerful that many countries. Corporations also have goals that are entirely their own. They are not aligned with the good of Americans, not individually and not collectively. Corporations, just like countries, are in it in opposition American citizens, American consumers. Comprehensive legislation that will restrict and limit what any entity, corporate or national, from collecting and abusing information about individuals is needed. As citizens and as consumers, we need to demand sovereignty over our information and our lives. Solve problems fully and not just politically expedient symptoms of the whole.

It is often heard that everyone should "do your own research", yet those who shout that don't often show the evidence of having done it themselves. Doing actual research is far more than Googling or going to a single source site. If they can at least inventory the reliability of their feeds....
Keep a News Hopes and Fears Diary If you are a good citizen, then it is your patriotic duty to make sure you know what is going on and always know where the plan to Make America Great Again is going. Start a News Diary today. Write in it every day. Keep notes on the progress of America toward Trump's vision. Where ever you get your news, keep track of what you learn. What you are to be afraid of today? When is it supposed to happen? What is the date and your source for the issue? How scared are you about it? After a month, go back and review your notes to see how things have changed. Did it happen? Did the thing you feared come to pass? Did it affect you? Were your fears justified? Was the story forgotten as unimportant? Did it matter? Did you get real factual details or just claims and just another thing to be afraid of? This is all part of your research! Keep track of the stories you are told. Notice which are accurate and which are fake news.

Should You Sell For Cheap? When you are selling something you want to be able to sell it for a less than the customer values it as. If you have a shirt to sell and the customer see it and only values it at $40, you probably won't sell it for $50. You might sell some of them at $39.99 and sell even more at $24.99. But you probably don't want to sell for $1.99. That really isn't good for you. So how much should you make on selling your time. It is a commodity in very short supply. You don't have many hours a day to sell. If your work brings in $100 of value for your employer, how much of that should you get? Is it good enough for you to get minimum wage? $7.50 / hour? Maybe $15 / hour? While your boss takes the rest. Are you happy with that? Do you call it justice or theft? You employer knows how valuable you really are. That he chooses to take all the excess value you produce and put it in his own pocket, that is an indignity to you that has simply become an expectation on his part. But that can change. That is what Solidarity means. Stand together. Unionize.

There is so much fear in society. How much fear should a CEO legitimately have for their actions? Can we, as a society, make the accountability fair, swift and just?
We live in a society. We can decide how our citizens are treated and how they feel. In our society, who should live in fear? Is it blacks or other minorities? Threatened and attacked by racists simply for being how they were born, without regard to their individual character? Is it school children? Endangered by guns because of the overwhelming fear that dwells in the hearts of people who can only think of themselves? Is it Jews or other minority religions? Harassed by people who use their own religion for controlling other and gaining secular power? Is it gays and trans and other individuals? People who are trying to live their own lives but are harassed by people who do not understand their own sexuality, so must eliminate any that challenge them to look into their own hearts and lives? Is it the elite corporate executives who make choices to hurt so many other members of society? Individually, their actions are visible to any who care to look. They can be each judged by what they have done. The manufacturer who pollutes whole communities without regard to who lives there simply because they don't want to have the expense or responsibility of cleaning up the mess they caused. The healthcare executive who instills fear of pain, or disability, or of dying on their clients as they deny them necessary medical treatment. The corporate executives of all stripes who price gouge simply because they can. Each corporate executive or corporate owner knows the sins that they will be judged for. Sins against society The thief, the murderer, anyone who assaults society by degrading it, by making society worse, yes, they should fear. They should fear in direct proportion to their culpability for the acts they wage. When a CEO is responsible for hurting hundreds, hurting thousands, perhaps hurting millions, then, yes, they should fear. They should not profit from the acts they commit. Categorize actions and your responses carefully. So much nuance can be lost by using fixed terms. Their justifications will never be your justifications. But how do you find the path forward to greater mutuality in living together. No individual is pure good or pure evil. Find all interpretations.

When claiming the moral high ground, you are implicitly saying there can be a level playing field. Luigi Mangione shooting CEO Thompson is not on a level field. Where would you place his action in Kohlberg's Stages of Moral Development, and why? Motivation? Anger? Justice? Frustration? Real feelings

If you are of an age to receive Social Security, submit a letter to the Social Security Administration telling them you do not want to continue to receive your monthly check. Trump Appointed Doctors? Are willing to go to a Trump appointed doctor? They will be someone totally loyal to Donald Trump. They won't have gone to medical school. They will not have studied anatomy. But they will be unwavering loyal to Trump. Will you let this person prescribe medications for you without knowing what they do? Will you let them perform surgery on you? Even if then never opened a medical text book? Do you believe loyalty is really so much better than training, study, skill?
