haven't been able to get this working because windows is garbage and the hotkey for moving an application between monitors doesn't move it all the way over and there doesn't seem to be a hotkey for centering a window. this is the closest i was able to get.

this is obviously far from perfect but ocr handles the gba font shockingly well all things considered.
