Citrix engineer. Metalhead. Fan of delicious flavor.
I have added my two decorations to the tree. Let’s see how long it takes my wife to notice.

My wife needed a flat pack to start some seeds indoors, so off to onshape I went to design one. Started printing 30 minutes later, and the printer decided to switch to cyan PLA when my black ran out (thanks, Bambu). Turned out nice, but this is a bug I'll have to keep an eye on for future prints.

Thank you for your service, old dishwasher. You have been relieved of your duties.

Next step: flowers. Just need winter to piss off first.

Please, Microsoft, fix Get-GPInheritance in PS7 already. This has been an issue for *years* now.

Toolbox organization timelapses from last week's 3D print.

Sometimes I drop in on an Echo upstairs to talk to my void.

Got a new tool cart last weekend, so naturally the first thing I did was design and 3D print organizers for everything. This was a fun project.

The model was taken down, but this has definitely been my coolest print to date.

I don't know to explain this, but I had to go back in and grant my elevated account rights to the entire AppData folder. I triple checked this earlier. So the one error is gone, but now I have to work on figuring out why the PoSHKeePass module no longer works in PS7.

Anyone ever run into this before? Essentially launching PS7 via Terminal as my admin account, which has Full Control over everything. This script has worked for months without issue, and now it's throwing errors. It can access the JSON files. Might be up your alley, @guyrleech.bsky.social?

Bought a refurbished Epson printer from their eBay store, and they packed it in hundreds of cardboard triangular prisms. Pretty neat.

Landscaping fabric stapled to the interior of the well. We may use a plastic pot for whatever we plant in this if we can find out that fits nicely.

Frame's done. Each ring had a 1/2" hole drilled halfway through the section of 2x4, and then a 1/8" hole through the bottom and into the piece below, as I didn't want to risk any splitting. I used Grip Rite Deckforce #10 3" exterior screws for the rings, and #9 2" screws for the cap.

After a light sanding on the edges, it was time to layout the well base and confirm with my wife which design we liked best, before I did anything else.

Oddly enough, we both liked the aligned look better, which was not the original design.

Time to claim each ring. These 15' ratchet straps really work well for this application.

Side note: That red piece under the Titebond bottle? 3D printed. Since I had so many joints to glue, I wanted to make sure that I didn't have to wait for the glue.

A simple A-frame to hold the roof.

All of the cuts for the base and frame of the well have been made.
