Feel like we're living in upside down world. Staggering hypocrisy that is surely making all the staunchest of Israel supporters blush.

Unless Iran's nuclear programme is housed in Tehran's residential flats, that bottom caption is not checking out.

Nerve-wracking day at the top of League Two! Two games to go, and if Donny beat Bradford we are up. I've not got tickets 😞 but it's on telly so can't wait to be unbearable.

It's all so much worse than we even expected but this 🥴 But age limiting certain benefits is particularly stupid! Do under 22s not get ill or disabled?

Quite a thing for the BBC to sneak in at the end of a paragraph about released Palestinians today. *400* people detained *without charge*.

Had the most gorgeous walk round Holme Valley, West Yorkshire today. Just a casual 17.5km! 🌿 This photo I took of Digley Reservoir is 😭📷 got home, had a chippy tea and a soak in the bath. Bliss. 35 is going to be a good year, I can feel it. I feel so lucky!

I've been bad at updating here with #CookJan content but today's tea was great. Pasta e fagioli with pesto on top! A new to us pasta recipe, and up there with the best tbh.

Made a friend at the allotment earlier 😍

Made another pudding - cherry and chocolate bread and butter pudding with vanilla custard. Ragu started ready for the oven to slow-cook in a bit. AND been to the allotment - productive day!

Another good un for #CookJan - sausage, butter beans and leeks with romesco sauce and chips. Basically posh sausage, chips and beans.

Done some baking and it was delish! A recipe from the Almanac for Twelfth Night cake pudding. Like sticky toffee but spiced with ginger and cinnamon.

As ever, our food doesn't look pretty but it tastes great. (Air)Fried crispy chicken thigh, fried rice (with spring onions, egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and shaoxing), roasted broccoli and pickled carrots. #CookJan
