NGL, Charlie's issue is that she needs to be able to throw a punch. Jesus and Buddha redeem some REALLY fucked up individuals, but the one thing they aren't is doormats. Charlie is just too polite. I believe even someone like Val could be saved, but Charlie DESPERATELY needs to put her foot down.
