Schenn was bad on this play, but after Ford was rubbed out in the O zone where exactly did Pearson and Chibrikov disappear to? All three of these guys were a disaster in the first period.

Agreed. Basically two options I see. First, move picks/prospects to make a run this year and next at least. Second, sell off assets at trade deadline/end of year and retool. If they do neither, we’re likely in for a few years of no playoffs.

The first three sure, but really if it meant getting a top 6 goal scorer in their prime, only Salo would be untouchable. And if Salo could help fetch a top 4RD, then why not move him too? There are no stars in the Jets prospect pool so they should be all in for the right deal.

Doesn’t surprise me. Just getting tired of hearing Sawyer saying how great he’s playing. Maybe he’ll get there, but right now he’s a 3/4C who’s good on face offs.

Any bright spots are pretty dim right now. You can be fighting the puck and still not give up odd man rushes at will. Serious lack of commitment to their game.

I don’t agree in this situation that I think is very specific to the existing infrastructure and car centric route in question. If you watch the video they’ve actually been pretty holistic in trying to address both cycling and vehicle issues with this route.

I’m frustrated by the time it took to get to this point, but relatively happy with the proposal. As someone who is regularly in the Netherlands, it really has no relevance to the shit show we have here.
