Union members from SEIU Local 2015 are not on the agenda today, but their members are here advocating for living wages. They have been out of contract for 8 months and have attended multiple meetings in the past months to try and get a fair contract.

Tonight we are at the shasta lake city council chambers for the shasta county board of supervisors meeting. The room is nearly filled. Capacity is limited and we are nearly at standing room only 10 minutes till the meeting begins.
