Blimey, the world feels a bit 😱🥴🙃 at the moment doesn't it!
Grounding ourselves in the here & now is vitally important if we want to protect our mental health in challenging times.
That's one of my top reasons for practicing mindfulness - both meditation & mindful living practices - what about you?
