Here’s the other place I was obviously wrong. I ticked the adjoining cabin box and saw this on the mail and again took it literally. Silly me.

The email is why I’m confused - when I see this I think I have two twin cabins mainly as that is what it says. I am obviously in the wrong though.

Hi GWR. We are starting our holiday to Cornwall and are just on the night sleeper. Can I ask though who would book for 2 adults and 2 children and only have 1 cabin? That’s what we seem to have - with an autistic child that isn’t ideal. Thankfully my complaint will be answered in 4 weeks! Very poor
