2/2 I spoke to a staff member today who said it’s likely to be at least a week before it’s fixed, so fingers crossed it doesn’t drag on.

1/2 Thanks, I really appreciate it. I really hope it gets sorted soon. It’s just frustrating that TfL have chosen not to reply at all instead of simply acknowledging there’s an issue.
