Need to buy a big bag of this

I was a late convert but now try to cook everything in it. Food prep today--roasted beets and "fried" some tofu cubes. Does a great job on roasted vegetables as well as salmon. And of course, great for reheating pizza!

Sadly, I am afraid Marshmallow will become a treat for Shredder

So we have a new member of our backyard petting zoo---Marshmallow

Magnus--9 years old. Adopted from shelter at age 8. He was free because he was so old and had been there for so long. Acts like a pup, though--plenty of energy and loves to play. Sweetest dog I've ever had.

Big pot of vegetable soup does it for me. All that chopping....
