Dylan Brown is integrating back into team training as he continues recovery from a partial ACL tear 14 weeks ago.

Expected back in full training in January - main concern moving forward will be re-injury risk with up to 50% of partial ACL tears progressing to full ruptures (eg Sam Walker).

Despite the separation & appearance of the joint players rarely require surgery - function usually returns & more a short term pain management issue.⁣

Ponga suffered his in late 2023 & played the entire 2024 season with no reported issues. Tom Trbojevic now hoping to do the same.⁣

Josh Schuster using an Alter-G treadmill at Rabbitohs training this week. No issue reported but worth noting with his lower limb injury history in recent years.

Anti-gravity treadmills are used to reduce the amount of body weight/impact felt while running, often during injury rehab.

High contact from the crossbar is forceful, direct and no mitigating circumstances - clear send off for mine. Video brings concern for laceration and/or concussion.⁣

Has to be the first time in history this has happened, hope the player is OK!⁣

Joseph Suaalii forced off with what the Wallabies initially feared was a broken right wrist.

Thankfully medical staff now more optimistic no fracture present - by video would hope not enough direct contact in tackle. If fractured usual recovery time ~6 weeks, if not quick recovery.
