Dramaturgy is when you are healthy and press the active ability button to get 25% haste for 2 seconds plus you get 1 of the 4 following effects : you get exposed for 12s, you get haste for 2s, you scream, you get a rare item. Resurgance is when you get unhooked you are already 70% healed.
