I think it's 20 for me.

Can't bring myself to pick a favorite but having a beer and a kasekrainer standing on the fence at Hohe Warte was a pretty good day

Maybe Samuel Gidi related? Charlotte did something similar with Nikola Petkovic, signing him to the MLSNP team for a season before moving him up. By the time Gidi gets his visa squared away, he could still contribute to the first team in some games through short term call-ups, too.

Some changing game plans across the MLS so far this season when the ball is at the feet of goalkeepers.

Two branches of the GGG coaching tree going opposite directions. NYRB being distinctly not-RB. Colorado and Minnesota not wasting any time. San Diego, the opposite.

kind of get this vibe from MLS on these schedule discussions. Just not sure being on the same schedule for transfer windows is worth giving up lots of nice weather games that aren't competing against football

That's true but he's being asked to attempt riskier passes which will leads to a lower completion % but are more valuable on the field.

I also think Hadebe is fine as a passer.

A different profile than a winger playing wingback but one that should give Pat Noonan an option to play four at the back if he wants to

I'll always think of this @carterchapley.bsky.social lede. Hard to imagine how tough a transition to MLS must be for any young player but that's especially true for Kelsy. Here's to hoping he settles in well in Portland.

lots of MLS teams just kinda collectively decided to stop launching the ball (as much) off of goal kicks in 2024?

except for DC United.

Assume this will be run with the same seriousness and care as the franchise so it’ll be run like it’s 1985 and there are no other options in town
