What’s sad is that this was created 5 years ago for the 2 but most of the features did not drop until the last year and your need an upgraded compute cartridge (v3)for some features. Beautiful concept, execution has not been so beautiful.

This is the state that a lot of apps are in after a machine is freshly provisioned. Microsoft started doing that a while back.

I think there are some benefits to this outside of drive space. When the apps are offloaded it will help with initial login speed. Same type of impact as the de-bloat scripts some people use. Also I imagine it helping FU install /config time. If they need it it’s still there will just to DL the bits
