In the latest polls only 15% of Brits like Mr Trump ( I cannot call him President as he has so besmirched that Office ). His highest rating, going back to 2020 was 34%. It is mainly in the teens. He can say what he likes but the more he does the more we go the other way.

A view from abroad - this is absolutely right. The damage to all aspects of our views on America, from trade to respect and trust will take a generation to repair,at least. The politicians abroad are being polite and diplomatic, the public have no such restraint.
