I think it is mainly hate towards SQE and the want to blame any individual there. Ofc, they would choose Yoshi P as their scapegoat as they did with Tabata before him. It is ironic that Yoshi P isn't even the director of FF16, but they most probably don't even know that.

I am actually surprised by the amount of enjoyment I am having. I expected this to be somewhat like the other RPG games in the series, which weren't as good as the old games imo. But, no, Shadows takes me back to when I used to really enjoy my time with the series a decade ago.

It feels like a return to form when it comes to the stealth sections from the three hours I have experienced so far. I almost felt like I was playing the old games again, haha

tbh, the main reason why I bought the game on release is because of people like that xD
