Rural Health Day is November 20th. DYK that in rural or remote areas:
1. Children make up 27% of rural ER visits
2. Air medical transport is needed more often in rural communities where children require a higher level of emergent and specialty care, such as trauma and burns.

Situation update: Heavy rains from the Nov 14–15 atmospheric river triggered mandatory evacuations for 380 homes.
