Shouldn't it now refer to the China Film Administration 国家电影局, which was ... peeled off from the SAPPRFT in 2018 and now part of the Central Propaganda Department?

Shouldn't it now refer to the China Film Administration 国家电影局, which was ... peeled off from the SAPPRFT in 2018 and now part of the Central Propaganda Department?
