Got in a couple more sessions this week on "...roll for sneak attack." Personal project in #Blender. Slowly chipping away on additional props and almost done with the full dice set as well. #3D

Forgetting the bake the last anim was a sad day. It looked dope.

Also how the fork do you make a d12???

This was originally going to be a small physics test with a d6 die but I think I'm gonna keep going on it, make some additional props and fill out the rest of the frame.

...and hey would you look at that, a game with minimal story where mechanical interaction as the fun is exactly what hits best in a time like this.

I love my a dense and heavy Bloodborne, Red Dead 2, Last of Us 2, but "games are supposed to be fun" is good to remember too once in a while.

It's been a particularly slammed season for the last while and difficult to feel like I've got the availability to fire back up something like Baldur's Gate 3, so because of that I've been looking into some more gameplay centric titles which I usually don't make time for vs story games...

For any seasons where games don't feel like they're hitting, I've usually found it's just because I'm not playing a game *right* for that season.

I love a big single player banger, but you need to be so mentally and emotionally available for those to really land.

It was been a hot sec since I've been this pumped for a multiplayer game, and even longer for a Battlefield. Holding my breath for sure but I've been eating up all the coverage so far.

Also super stoked to see more about the updated Portal mode once that's available.

Canceled my all programs Adobe a couple months ago (now just running the Substance Painter/Designer bundle) and finally got into Resolve.

So many things I'm loving about it.

This is the only one so far other than that bathroom I did a few months ago. I’d love to keep making studio designs though - working on another one atm actually.

What a time for gaming. Totally understand the business decisions to drop their games on other platforms and I am still jazzed #Xbox didn’t just keep their cards close and let studios/devs take the financial falloff.

Can’t wait to buy a PS5 box version of Master Chief collection.

Trying to fix one of my Dualsense controllers. A while ago I shell swapped it which looked cool but the face buttons were slightly mushy. Swapped it back yesterday but now R2 is constantly read as pressed down.

Rolled credits on #AstroBot

Wrapped this beauty up just before the new year and LOVED it. The game design was ridiculously creative, the levels were awesome, and I absolutely adored all the PlayStation Easter eggs and how it felt to get a bot or outfit from a game I’ve enjoyed.

I can’t help but hear this line in such a shady way. In Mick’s GDC talk he said one the big music directions he got for DOOM 2016 was “no guitars” and now they’re happy to have a soundtrack full of them. #DoomTheDarkAges

Mad Max’s driving is SO satisfyingly good.

The physics of Opus feels great both just driving around and in combat, particle effects go hard, and I’m super pumped to hit all the upgrades.

Playing on #SteamDeck as well 🎮

A couple years ago I started turning off my desktop icons in videos for a cleaner look, then pretty quick just kept them off all the time.

I recently turned them back on and it's such a small thing but just having desktop icons makes being at my setup feel much less "work" and a lot more cozy.
