I don’t think there is that much difference either. I appreciated Sen. Schumer’s answer on the question on his reasoning. I think he is clear eyed about the dangers, it’s a matter of where people’s red lines are, which everyone’s will be different.

This was a great interview. I wish you could have had more time to go over what Sen. Schumer would view as a break glass moment. I feel like trampling due process is kinda it.
