Overgrown nails are a welfare concern, I’m not using resources we pay for, I don’t get paid more if I remember to charge for it… if your pet is chill enough for me to do it with minimal hassle, I’m just a forgetful bastard!

Ah man, I’ve been there. A lot of adoption centers/rescues are extremely extremely picky about who they adopt to. I’m a vet tech and I still had trouble getting a cat in college.. I wish you the best of luck!! May the cat distribution system be ever in your favor
