Panettone Apocalypse season is never officially over until I use up the last of the candied citrus. This year, I threw it into a lovely blood orange marmalade (with two kinds of bitters).

Finnish biscuit (cardamom sweet bread) leavened with week-old castoff lievito madre starter. I would call it a successful experiment.
