Trumps belief in taxing imports seems set in cement. The big fianciers in the US are always bullish rather than retreat into no risk- taking !

Diversity statements viz a viz academia in the US and elsewhere are akin to patronage of current political and standover positions in society; as are union loyalty requirements in various workplaces.

The American aid ( past commitment ) to Ukraine is now reassessed as 'funds owing'; and is teally about betrayal : a betrayal of the idea that freedom is worth on-going sacrifice.

Well Donald Trump is clearly having a great time. ..... wanting to buy places that would look better American. Wife Melania becoming a touch Jackie Kennedy esque. Baron grown an inch or two. The Demo's having trouble looking grumpy. I think the old guy believes he's sort of immortal ...
