3/3 Might it be he meant Somalis "an ethnic group native to the Horn of Africa, predominantly inhabiting Somalia, Djibouti, Ethiopia, and Kenya, with a large global diaspora?" If so, why so?

2/3 I am not quite sure how to feel about characterizing "Somalians" as a derogatory description. And by the way what and who are Somalians?
