Some more learning

Did some late night doodles. Some were better than others but hopefully I can learn this quickly and begin to create more realistic figures.

Anatomy is painful, 😭

I'm a beginner artist, I'm learning to draw by myself, using my hand as a reference I tried to draw it in a few poses but I'm struggling a lot. If anyone can provide me with some constructive critique or some good guides I will be greatly thankful.
