But we haven’t booked the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka yet. I was going to do it on Klook, but it kind of overwhelmed me so we were going to purchase a ticket at the station the day we need to travel because I don’t think we can purchase Shinkansen tickets with the suica card. Thank you again 🥰♥️

And travel is the most stressful thing of the trip for us. We tried setting up our digital suica card in our iPhone wallet, but I don’t think we have compatible debit card, so we’ll get a physical card in Tokyo. After we get that I think we are okay navigating the local trains with Goggle Maps.

Ahh thank you!!! We’ll definitely check out Ikebukuro! We have a day in Tokyo set aside for shopping so that will be perfect. We were thinking about doing the arashiyama bamboo forest but heard it’s always super busy. I see that fushimi inari has a bamboo forest too! That might be a better option.

I’m super excited to start Daughter of the Moon Goddess! Sue Lynn Tan just released a new book in the The Celestial Kingdom series and I wanted to start with Daughter of the Moon Goddess first 🥰 And I don’t mind a romance subplot! Especially if the plot is good, which I anticipate is the case here 💖

Ohhh please let me know if you read any of these! 🥰 I definitely lean more towards romantasy, which is almost all the books, but there are a few contemporary romance books in the mix and a thriller and a horror book too. I’m trying to branch out and try new genres.
