I think I know what you mean. I used to have a similar feeling like six years ago. Like sometimes you want to just kinda chill, listen, nod and be apart of the fun but also kinda like not be the center of the topics? Occasional inputs, but not leading the conversation?

Mood tho, I’m better at individual chatting than group chatting. I’m far too shy in my spaces, but the moment I take interest in someone or a group topic, I can’t help being chatty. I’d say I’m socially like a mixed fruit basket, but I’m more like multi colored cat that bounces off walls on occasion
