I've been binging a lot of BL and non-BL-but-shippy anime over the last couple of weeks and not much has made me laugh as hard as Buddy Daddies, with it's Just Two Roommates Who Adopt A Child Together premise, establishing how straight one of the guys is.

Realised today that the main reason I'm looking forwards to playing Indy isn't the Indiana Jones of it all (although that is v exciting) but rather the prospect of playing a new Machine Games game.

I've been so fucking bad at Queen's Blood against the Tier 4 players that I didn't even taken in the T4 Champ because I was so frustrated so it is *bonkers* that I just best the tournament champ in one hand.

After many years of being a fan finally catching a full show from Mark Watson at my local playhouse this evening. (I've seen a WIP before) My Mum and my Sister went the first time I had tickets because no matter what I did I couldn't get time off my terrible Jon at the time.

Seeing some Culture this ARVO by taking in a film version of Sir Ian McKellan's Hamlet. Which is such a fascinating proposition and I am *baffled* by my sister's decision to take me to see it when she doesn't really Do Shakespeare.

Saw I could sub to Crunchyroll as a channel via Prime so grabbed it for a bit to look into these popular animes folks always go on about. By which I mean I am currently being instantly charmed by Spy x Family.

Started a Pixar rewatch with my Folks last Saturday for #FilmsWithMyFolks and as much as I enjoyed watching Toy Story for the first time in a while I was genuinely so excited to watch A Bug's Life, even though I only watched it again last year. It's SO. GOOD.

It seems improbable but having just watched it again I can't believe that I had somehow forgotten how much I love every single thing about Pacific Rim. It's pretty much perfect.

I have a character who I've written short stories about over the years and I was just reviewing some of the last stuff I wrote for him 15 years ago (before the Dark Days) and my dude is so hornt. I'd forgotten that he really is attracted to literally everyone (age appropriate) he meets.
