My bet is the Trump-picked stooge. Since they already got Machado out of the country, they wont need to follow up with an Chilean Allende type assasination. Just keep her from getting back in, we can exploit the oil and then leave. Leaving Venezuela withour her natural resources to rebuild with.

But so much of the issue is the true cult members ONLY watch Fox and arent on any social media. They only see a small portion of the vile, nasty s**t - basically just the racist stuff which they all voted for.

I am just amazed at how calm these kids seem. I realize many of them have had to practice active shooter drills cause that is what school has come to in this country, but i think i would have been a wreck.

I hate needles (phobia level fear), BUT after seeing what my mom went through with shingles, i got my shingles vaccines as soon as recommended. Some discomfort with 2nd shot but nice to have some peace of mind.

The DNC is useless. Some trolling like Newsom is doing would be a great way to get the ball rolling ahead of 2026 midterms.
With my usual caveat that we will even have 2026 midterms. I should just make that my closing in emails and posts!

I looked this up and unfortunately ICE and border patrol aren't the same thing. ICE has the authority to operate outside the 100 mile border. BUT they are (supposed) to be constrained outside that area - i.e. no warrantless searches or stops, etc.

It's the same 1/3 as always. Like he said, he could shoot someone in broad daylight and they would still vote for him. One would think raping children might be a line but apparently it's not. They are despicable.

I dont think so. He grew up on antifascist punk music. Dead Kennedys and Dropkick Murpheys. As a fellow fan of those bands, you dont outgrow that.

Yup. I said earlier that this really came down to the airline cancellations and not their constituents going hungrybor they would have caved earlier. Thought it was more about their wealthy donors thanksgiving plans but this just adds more proof.

For 2028 (saying we have elections), 4 are coming up for re-election and these states need to get the wheels rolling. Mastro (NV), Hassan (NH), Schumer (NY) (not on no vote list but needs to go), Fetterman (PA).
