If anyone needs a book recommendation to get them through the week, I'll offer up one of my favorites: Player of Games by Iain Banks. It's one of those slow burns that comes together beautifully. The audio version is also great if you're like me.

I've been having so much fun with Avowed. Honestly feels very solidly built and the world so far has been beautiful. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try, even if you wait for a sale so the price isn't as painful.
