Anxiety and ADHD together are the absolute worst.

Everyday I feel like I'm stuck in that cruel loop of constantly having to feel the need to be productive & can't keep up. I have writing goals I want to meet some days I can't even get past my ADHD Paralysis to do anything even if I take ADHD meds.

And now you’re caught in that cruel loop where you're exhausted but your brain won’t let you sleep, and it’s telling you you’re behind even though you’ve been trying your best all damn day.

And I know it looks like this cuz I have it. It's hard some days...
