The best feeling ever is finishing a story previously abandoned. I'm working on one right now, and, as usual I'm like 'why did I stop writing this in the first place this is awesome?'
I think this one has been in the trunk for like a year? Maybe all it needed was a bit of time/distance.

My typing is atrocious. I can touch type (because I'm GenX and learned it in school) but half the time I don't even know where my fingers *are* due to decreased sensation, and even when I *do* know, my dexterity is turning to shit.

How do other writers manage working on more than one project at a time? I've got two on the go and I'm a mess. One distracts me from the other, one gets far more love than the other, I'm working really hard not to just abandon the other in favour of my fave 🤣

Shit. Inkitt just emailed me about a 15k in 14 days challenge they're running. I won't say I'm not intrigued and strongly tempted but like it starts in 2 days! What kind of notice is that? Haven't written on inkitt in ages, and on a whole other penname. I WANT to do it, but holy shit.
