2 cups white sugar

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup butter, melted

4 eggs

½ cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup walnut halves

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Mix sugar, f
