Iman Beney is such a great buy for City. She really turned the 1st match she played for her NT on its head, but also suffered an acl. Glad she's made it back!

Yes, I felt the same. And her run right until end of 24/25 looked very promising. Not sure what happened since, hopefully she can turn this rather unconvincing page.

(2) Israeli government screamed antisemitism which Dutch parlement couldn't ignore, and our government of (ultra) right politicians fed their anti Palestine and anti moslim campaigns with it for weeks, had to back off later though. Keir Starmer is so wrong.

It was worse. IDF has 500.000 soldiers incl reservists. Maccabi fans, some straight out of the Gaza killings, provoked fights with both assaults and extreme racist hate chants. (1)

It was worse. IDF has 500.000 soldiers incl reservists. Maccabi fans, some straight out of the Gaza killings, provoked fights with both assaults and extreme racist hate chants. (1)

Felt so much better after todays newsletter which pointed out these 'other issues' that held us back, and gave available squad solutions!! Friday's result doesn't change, but it installs a bit of hope for the City & Lyon matches. Hopefully Renee will be creative, flexible, and daring 💪

Many thanks for questioning her about Nighswonger, Tim. Not really an answer of course. I must say, I find speculation about it being a mismatch depressing. I think I'll buy myself a Nighswonger22 shirt to show faith instead!

... freezing out Iwabuchi, disrespecting JN8, Gio crying on the pitch (twice I think), KK walking around gloomy, Miedema mishandling, Lacasse frustrated. The JN thing is a red flag that needs clarity from Renee: either she has a plan, or Jenna moves on. As a journalist ask her directly, no BS-ing

Stopped listening after 10', because it's not that 'these things happen with players in football', as Jamie says. It happens when managers f* up, and that makes the JN situation so disappointing. Renee was supposed to be different and do better. It brings back traumatic Eidevall experiences
