On the day of my PhD viva, I couldn’t find any breakfast that didn’t make me feel ill. I finally had the nicest American pancakes before and felt much better. Every year since, I’ve had American style pancakes on November 5th as a mini-tradition. Here’s to my viva-versary 🥰

Happy to share that yesterday, I submitted the final typeset version of my forthcoming book ‘incels and ideologies: exploring how incels use language to construct gender and race’ with Palgrave. It was an exhausting book to write, but I’m really happy and proud of it
