Soft, distorted laughter can be heard, then the slow, methodical snarl of steel biting into the nearby foundation.

This time, there's a noticeable 𝑍𝐴𝑃 which causes the lights to blink out completely and plunges Rose into darkness.

"You'd be right there. Welcome to London! What's a young thing like you doing on the street? You'll catch your death in this weather."

Everything about the speaker radiates warmth, his eyes sparkle with gentle kindness and his smile inspires reassurance.
