I signed up for a Spartan Beast run today. Teaming with some great friends! I hope I didn’t overshoot my abilities at 48 years old and light as a feather. I hike and I play 3 indoor soccer games a week but haven’t gym trained since Covid. 2 months to train. My wife thinks I’m gonna kill it?!

I signed up for a Spartan Beast run today. Teaming with some great friends! I hope I didn’t overshoot my abilities at 48 years old and light as a feather. I hike and I play 3 indoor soccer games a week but haven’t gym trained since Covid. 2 months to train. My wife thinks I’m gonna kill it?!
Finding myself using the word “persecute” in various forms ,talking about news and society, almost daily now. It’s unfortunate and somewhat scary.

Even the tariffs are a distraction. While the right leaning farmers and small business owners anxiously wait, talk about and focus on how prices and the cost of business might change, musk will have inserted all the back door software he needs, trump will have dragged us to the point of no return.

Funny how I couldn’t work on an M1 Abrams tank till I cleared a 90+ day FBI/GOV clearance investigation with interviews, references and ‘down to my birthday suit’ record checks to get my SECRET gov clearance; but these unvetted fucks are just walking into any federal agency at will to wreak havoc.
