VIDEO: The bronze bust of King Charles at Nottingham's Queen’s Medical Centre, sculpted by Kelvin Thomas.

The statue commemorates the week the now King spent at the hospital after breaking his elbow during a polo match in September 1990 when he was still The Prince Of Wales.
