I dont remember the specifics but was given and explanation on twitter (have since deleted acct) that "dangerous" has to be behaviour that would be expected to cause significant injury or damage of significant monetary value

Ridiculous that people can drive, self certifying that their vision is good when 2 yearly eye tests are ignored by about 13-19million adults

In general idaho stopping a traffic junction is fine, but imo not sure crossing - see also zebras

It's more complex than that overall but imo a big part of the reason TFLs busses kill and hurt so many people
