My dad would always play catch with me. Didn't have much back then but I'm glad I had the experience. Whether it was throwing footballs or baseballs, he always made time to do that and taught me to catch and throw.

Please take advantage of short form content and posting short clips on reels/shorts/TikTok. I'm not a fan of the direction content creation has turned to but short clips really help spread the message to younger people with cooked attention spans
