F*ck. We’re wearing it vs Brugge aren’t we? Urgh.

What perfect album came out the year you turned 16?

Used to listen to this so much at university. Rowla is such an incredible track. Especially when stoned. Great album.

We know fully well how frustrating and debilitating it can be to be totally dominant then concede with the oppo’s first/only shot on goal.
November 9, 2025 at 9:01 PM
And it’s almost impossible to know. City had a huge boost from the goal being disallowed, LFC a big blow then 5mins later concede an unlucky deflected second. Psychologically the swing from 1-1 to 0-2 is massive. But Sky punditry is basic at best. City WERE the better side, but would they have been?
November 9, 2025 at 8:59 PM
Having said all that, City were the way better side over 90mins. But the game may - just may - have been a little different if that Liverpool goal had been rightly allowed. 1-1 at HT is a very different game to 2-0.

Unfortunately, tribalism is such that even if we - as an entire fanbase - said we think it’s a disgrace that Liverpool were robbed of an equaliser, at least 50% of LFC fans would call us “bottling pricks” and find a way to disagree. So I understand it’s essentially futile. Just wishful thinking.

I mean ‘we’ as football fans. Not that Arsenal fans should be the only ones. But it has to start someone. And us complaining about terrible decisions, then laughing at Liverpool getting them is a bad look. IMHO.
November 9, 2025 at 8:35 PM
And that’s my exact point. Rather than laughing at when it happens to other teams, or other fans laughing at it happening to us, we need to unite to say it is ALL poor. Not that’s it’s funny when it happens to rivals. We shouldn’t stand for it whomever it happens to, regardless.
November 9, 2025 at 8:29 PM
But this is it for me, if all we do is laugh when it happens to other teams, there will never be change. If all fans say, “This is fundamentally wrong” whomever it happens to, is the only way anything will ever change.

Except it should be 1-1!
November 9, 2025 at 5:36 PM
I know what you mean, but it 100% should be 1-1 as Liverpool scored a perfectly good goal. And, having scored that, I reckon they almost definitely don’t concede that second, momentum and all that. Agree possibly City deserve a two-goal lead, missed pen etc, but it should be 1-1.

I mean… that is incredible.

Genuinely think Eze might be a bit of a cheat code for us this season. Not sure where he might end up playing even if he starts, but in the last 20 mins of a game, the opposition are definitely not going to know where he is.
(whispers) Merino might even be that too.
