I competed in my first ever Hyrox yesterday and It was physically the hardest thing I've ever done. A year ago I was completely sedentary and had let myself get so unhealthy and now running a kilometer in 3:50 and up against full time athletes, so I'm super proud of myself. 💪

I went to put on a pair of shorts that I haven't worn since last summer (that were getting too tight for me) and it's still so difficult to wrap my head around how much weight I've lost 😵😵😵

we hosted our yearly Christmas party last night and it was so lovely and so many lovely friends were there and it was such a nice time! I only took a photo of all the food lmao and we went through 27 bottles of wine???? my heart is so full!!!!!
