Yep. Trump has definitely thrown gas on this fire.

While I agree with the logic, this is a larger issue. The problem is that justice depts should not be politicized. Trump’s administration have made it so. Well, they have accelerated the process. Comey’s announcement re: Hillary Clinton’s investigation didn’t help.

You can but why would you? It sounds like a bully. Or someone incredibly stupid and irresponsible. Or both.

Exactly. This would have been a great opportunity for some of our music giants (Bruce and Taylor) to host a concert nearby to draw attention away from marching MAGATs.

stupid veep to the tune of super freak - I can’t stop hearing this in my head.

If you didn’t see this coming, you’re not too bright. It was always inevitable. Morons, egos, and money. End result never changes. Surprised it lasted as long as it did…..

I think this boils down to people asking the right questions. conservatives always think there is corruption in social programs - and there is a small amount (same as everything else). But they aren’t interested in cost effectiveness - which is why we are where we are. IMO anyway.

I remember an article I read years ago about a homeless person that was costing somewhere around $1m/year between emergency room visits, police and first responder interventions, jail time for minor drug infractions , etc. insanity!

And the real economic kicker is it would be more cost effective to help the mom out.

There is absolutely no way that a long term relationship between Trump and Musk will survive. Their huge egos will not allow it.

Health care should fall into this category.

Yep. government is not here to “increase shareholder value.”
December 22, 2024 at 1:00 AM
Yeah Trump donated his salary to various causes but he siphoned millions of dollars from taxpayers into his businesses during his tenure as president. He also made millions from foreign governments. Biden did not enrich himself on the backs of taxpayers. That’s BS.

That kind of represents the sensationalism that seems to sell.
