I never realized how much of an influence @philtippett.bsky.social had on my PBS-restricted childhood, and I must say he doesn't look a day over 1987:

My 'sona, yet to be named:
A creature with the body of a "No Face" (from Hayao Miyazaki's and Studio Ghibli's annimated film: "Spirited Away"), but with white spots around the neck/chest region, and wearing a mask consisting of three different masks fused together bilaterally: On the right side is an Efe/Gelede-style painted wooden sculpture mask depicting an open-mouthed pale fox (off-color white head/body, red rings around the neck, yellow eyes, ears with yellow-orange pinna and red-yellow triangle-patterns along the medial border) standing on the head of a grinning spotted-necked otter (yellow head, an ear with with orange pinna, red nose, three red lines across the cheek, an eye with a red sclera and a green pupil, and white teeth). On the left side is an ear-less, bronze, wolf-shaped mask (in the style of the Stanwick 'Horse Mask') which is being covered by an iron, wolf-shaped "scolds' bridle/brank that includes the ear. The eye region is hollow and black, like the rest of the body. The wolf-like muzzle of the left size is also completely black on the side facing the right, except for the parts of the scold's bridle wrapping over it.

Same info as previous image of mine in-thread, but at a different angle and distance away, so as to reveal the countertop to the right of the stove, the drawers below said countertop, and the drops of diluted-soup paste that landed on the floor. Some brown paper-towels are strewen about the floor to cover the spill. On the countertop are a toaster, crock pot, unused rice cooker, and an unused bagel cutter. There's also an electrical socket on the wall behind the countertop; only the toaster is plugged in. The main spurce of illumination is the out-of-frame stove light, above the stove.
