Can I ask a naive question: Gift of this expense belongs to who? Is it to the President/executive branch, the People via Congress, etc.? I honestly wouldn't accept, and if did, decom for parts (that have been vetted). Blindly trusting ANYONE, esp. at this scale, is so foolish.
