We're all going to need space to blow off steam, especially the kiddos. In a world more restrictive than any recent memory, letting off some "anti-social" behavior now and then is necessary. It is great that they feel safe to be a little naughty while you gather yourself for the 1000th time that day

I think this is has been an underestimated influence since Brexit. Drinking from the firehose. I don't know anyone in my daily life who knows enough about this to untangle the threads, and they don't show a ton of interest in learning how to. It's like running in sand to point out what you said.

While there are likely many valid reasons I suspect:
1) They did not like either candidate
2) No matter who wins the election, private capital wins more
3) People no longer feel civic duty to elect politicians
4) People care more about economic democracy than political democracy, and USA is latter
