My biggest gripe with Threads is that you cannot reply if you have a private account (which I do), so I can’t ever engage there, therefore I can’t really use it

I used to feel guilty about DNFing but at one point it was just not worth wasting my time with something that just wasn’t for me (I’m looking at you, Dune!)

For you, I would definitely start with Throne of Glass (first book is Throne of Glass — there’s a prequel book called Assassin’s Blade)! It’s my favorite series and it’s not too romancey
