Neither the right-wing media nor Labour see a potential Zack leadership as “good”… again, they wouldn’t be trying to smear him so much if that were true.

He’s not “misguided”, he’s charismatic and actually cuts through in the media, that’s what we need in a Party Leader.

He’s been smeared repeatedly by right-wing and pro-Israel media.
He also hasn’t been treated particularly favourably by the likes of LBC either.

He is running in an internal party leadership election, he’s not running in a general election, or for any elected office.

He’s also spoken many times over the years about how damaging Brexit has been.

Rejoining the EU is already Green Party policy.
We already keep making the case for closer realignment with the EU.
We are one of very few parliamentary parties still calling for us to rejoin the EU.

More relevant issues to an internal party leadership election, when pretty much all the members are already aware of the Russian interference and party policy is already to work more closely with the EU with the ultimate goal to rejoin… yes, there are more relevant issues to this specific campaign.

Obviously, the Brexit referendum was now nine years ago.

The Greens did talk about Russian interference in the Brexit referendum; we urged for the report to be released at the time.

The Greens are already left wing and have been for decades; we were even to the left of Labour under Corbyn.

I do wish Zarah Sultana and Jeremy Corbyn had joined the Greens, instead of starting a new party…
