I ran out of characters.

I'm finally getting started on making my Warhol-inspired soup can applique project for my food-themed wall. The tops and bottoms of the cans have been hand sewn together and the edges pinned back and ironed flat, the background fabrics have been freshly pressed and trimmed to size.

I went to the fabric store to 1) buy something to make hot pads out of for work, 2) buy something to make cat toys out of. This wasn't on the list.

Yeah Cy wants NOTHING to do with outside anymore, to the point that bringing home a Christmas Tree had her very concerned because now the outside was following her in.

My stray is like that. She comes tp the door to greet me, then realizes the outdoors are behind me and runs away.

If I take the trash out and leave just the storm door closed, she has to keep a lookout for me haha. She's the littlest one to the right.

Today was my first day off in over a week and this big baby was glued to me the whole day.

Mine wants all of the attention to the paint that she'll get between you and whatever you're doing when she's jealous! She was very certain Christmas is bad because it involves bringing trees inside (she upgraded from parking lot cat to indoor cat), until she discovered eggnog.

I have one of those! She has to be locked in Gay Baby Jail (see: the bathroom) if we bring home takeaway or are cooking. Otherwise she just appears and tries to steal food with her iron jaw.

The cats and I are watching The Thing.
